With a new electronic platform and improved image processing algorithms, the binoculars offer a new approach to image optimization for any purpose and observation conditions. A powerful French-made Lynred 640×480 / 17μm thermal imaging sensor with NETD <25mK ensures perfect detail recognition even under the harshest weather conditions when thermal contrast is low. The quality of the sensor results in a sharp thermal image with rich contrast for improved identification of animals, their limbs and even the smallest details such as branches, leaves, grass or ground. The ultimate detection efficiency of the Merger is achieved by combining the highly sensitive thermal sensor with the F50/1.0 fast aperture germanium lens. The power of the lens and the sensitivity of the sensor ensure excellent detection capabilities. A typical 1.8m object can be detected up to 1800m away in total darkness.

A built-in long-range laser rangefinder allows you to measure distances up to 1000 m with a single measurement or with a continuous scan mode with an accuracy of ± 1 meter for a quick and error-free assessment of a scenario. You can operate the device for up to 10 hours on a single battery charge. In addition, the dual battery system allows you to quickly replace one of the batteries in complete darkness without turning off the device. This reliable companion is designed for continuous and hard use. The high-quality reinforced magnesium alloy body is light and durable. The case reliably protects the internal components of the device from shocks, drops, moisture, heat and cold. At the same time, the metal casing effectively dissipates the temperature from the electronic circuits, minimizing image noise and increasing the quality of operation during long hours of observation.
